  • We do not use the term “rescheduling” — if your cancellation falls within the allowable notice period, you’ll receive a lesson credit to use later.

  • Outside of the required notice times below, we’re unable to provide session credits for personal illness, injury, holidays, or schedule conflicts. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Below windows for credit are based on the timestamps of this form submission to the start of your lesson.

Private 1-on-1 Casual Pay Per Session (Full Rate) 24 hours’ notice required

Private 1-on-1 Montly Members (Discount Rate) : 48 hours’ notice required (due to heavy price discounts & additional bonuses).
